Description

This 60x30cm deep edge canvas is an oil painting of Plymouth Hoe and Smeaton’s Tower.  The vast spans of prominard on the top of the hoe was the perfect place to learn to ride a bike or roller skate growing up.  The view out past the breakwater and into the English Channel was a far as the eye could see.  On clear days that would reach the Eddystone lighthouse the former home to Smeaton’s Tower approx 12 miles out from the shore.
